Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selling various loan products including personal loans, home loans, business loans, auto loans, and credit lines to new and existing customers. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Product Sales

  • Promote and sell various loan products (personal, business, home, vehicle, etc.) to eligible customers.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Source new clients through field visits, cold calling, references, partner networks, or walk-in customers.
  • Follow up on leads provided by marketing teams or referral channels.
  • Convert leads into successful applications and ensure timely loan processing.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing borrowers.
  • Guide clients through the loan application, documentation, and approval process.
  • Provide after-sales service and support throughout the loan lifecycle.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Collect, verify, and process all required documents in compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in internal systems and maintain proper records of all loan applications.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursal teams to ensure smooth processing and approval.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on competitor loan products, interest rates, and promotional offers.
  • Share market feedback and customer insights with the product and marketing teams.
