Job Summary

As a
Business Loan Executive
with our company,
Andromeda
, you will be responsible for sourcing and processing business loan applications from SMEs, Traders, and Corporates. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, understanding their funding needs, matching them with suitable loan products from partner banks and NBFCs, and ensuring smooth end-to-end coordination until loan disbursal.

This is a target-oriented, field-based role that requires strong communication, sales ability, and product knowledge across multiple lenders.

Key Responsibilities

·       Source business loan leads through market visits, references, cold calls, and digital platforms.

·       Meet clients to understand their financial needs and collect necessary documents for loan processing.

·       Match client profiles with appropriate bank/NBFC loan products (term loans, working capital, OD/CC limits, unsecured business loans, etc.).

·       Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams and external bank representatives for file processing, login, and approval.

·       Follow up on leads and ensure timely disbursal of sanctioned loans.

·       Maintain a database of clients and prospects for future follow-ups.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (file login, sanction, and disbursal volumes).

·       Provide post-disbursal support and ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Stay updated on product policies, documentation, and lender offerings.

Required Skills and Competencies

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong knowledge of business loan products (secured & unsecured).

·       Understanding of bank policies, financial ratios, and eligibility criteria.

·       Ability to handle multiple lender relationships simultaneously.

·       Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of fieldwork.

·       Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic financial analysis.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· –4 years of experience in DSA, NBFC, or banking sales (business loans preferred).

·       Candidates with existing lender relationships or prior DSA experience will be given preference.

Compensation

Salary:
₹2.5 – ₹6 LPA (based on experience and performance).
