Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and acquire new customers for home loan products through direct and indirect channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, connectors, and developers to generate leads.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable loan solutions in line with bank/NBFC policy.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation, KYC, and loan processing.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (volume and value) on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and interest rates.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the loan journey.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance business visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 1–5 years (for Executive/Officer) or 5+ years (for Manager) in home loans, mortgage, or retail lending.
  • Strong understanding of home loan policies, eligibility, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
