Location: Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi/ NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Dehradun

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance of affordable housing loan products to achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and improve customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-4 years of experience in Affordable Housing, HL (Home Loans), or related fields such as Housing Finance or Housing Loans.
  • Strong understanding of affordable housing loan products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Preferred Experience from BFSI Sales / Field Sales background (Credit Cards, Home Loans and Cross Selling Experience added an advantage).
