Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Key Account Manager with a background in home loans, located in Bengaluru. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and performing analytical tasks. The role involves frequent interactions with clients to understand their home loan needs and offering suitable solutions. Proactive engagement and maintaining stable relationships with key customers is vital to the role.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience in the home loan industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
