Role: Sales Manager – Business Loans
We are looking for
dynamic and results-oriented sales professionals
with a proven track record in
SME Lending
.

customer sourcing channels, connectors, and small DSAs
Sales experts with a track record of sourcing
loan ticket sizes of ₹10–50 Lakhs
Candidates who excel in
customer acquisition and onboarding
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow SME lending business.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with
Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and sourcing partners
.
- Generate and onboard customers for
business loans (₹10–50 Lakhs ticket size)
.
- Deliver impactful
sales presentations, pitches, and negotiations
.
- Collaborate with
credit, risk, and operations teams
for smooth processing.
- Achieve and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven
sales experience in SME Lending / Business Loans
(DSA channel preferred)
Strong
network with DSAs, connectors, and financial distributors
Experience in
customer acquisition and onboarding
Expertise in
loan products, financial analysis, and risk assessment
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Graduate in
Business, Finance, or related field
(MBA a plus)
Ability to work both
independently and in teams
