Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive (Voice/Non-Voice Process)

Location: Work from Office (Chennai)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months

Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate

Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 day rotational off

Shift Timings:

  • Male Candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts (any 9-hour login between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To handle inbound or outbound customer calls or emails with professionalism and empathy.
  • Communicate fluently in English and at least one native language (Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi).
  • Demonstrate Strong communication and interpersonal skills while resolving customer queries.
  • Maintain high levels of patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English with a neutral Indian accent.
  • Strong active listening and probing skills.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in customer interactions.
  • Attention= to detail and a customer-first mindset.

Salary Range (Based on Experience):

  • Kannada: 2,60,000 to 4,20,000 per annum
  • Malayalam: 2,60,000 to 4,20,000 per annum
  • Tamil: 2,20,000 to 3,40,000 per annum
  • Telugu: 2,30,000 to 3,40,000 per annum
