We are looking for a skilled Indian Sous Chef to join our team, with 2-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure high-quality food production and presentation meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Conduct taste tests and quality checks on food before service.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, and order fresh produce as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
