Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to assist in leading our kitchen operations and maintaining exceptional culinary standards. The ideal candidate should have strong cooking skills, creativity in menu development, and the ability to manage kitchen staff effectively. Selected candidates may also be given opportunities for international assignments in the UK.

Requirements:

  • Age: 23–27 years
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in fine dining or 5-star hotel kitchens
  • Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
  • Strong knowledge of international and Indian cuisines
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and coordination skills
  • Commitment to hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
