Key Responsibilities:

  • Decode client briefs and create tailored influencer marketing strategies in alignment with brand objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, budgeting, and execution with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, IR).
  • Evaluate and shortlist relevant creators based on audience insights, content fitment, and brand tonality.
  • Coordinate with clients for campaign presentations, approvals, and performance reviews.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights for optimising future campaigns.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities across existing and new accounts.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in 
    influencer marketing / digital media / brand partnerships
    .
  • Strong understanding of campaign workflows — from briefing and content planning to delivery.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to creative ideation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and timelines.
