Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales and business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Client Acquisition and Management:
  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels (e.g., email, phone, social media).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with company offerings and capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Technical Skills:
