Qualification: Graduate (Business Administration, Commerce or Science)

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking to expand our professional team and hire enthusiastic individuals with entrepreneurial abilities to join our winning team for the role mentioned below.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide our HNI and NRI clients with world-class service, consistently maintaining high standards of care. The responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new clients through our referral partner network.
  • Expanding the existing referral partner network by onboarding bank relationship managers, wealth managers, fund managers, insurance advisors, and other influential professionals.
  • Engaging continuously with referral partners to onboard new clients.
  • Gaining a complete understanding of client requirements and real asset portfolios.
  • Achieving monthly sales quotas set by the business development head.
  • Maintaining all relevant reports for business development and execution on a daily basis.
  • Training and mentoring new hires within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates with 0 to 5 years of work experience.
  • Strong drive for results, coupled with excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in business development and client-facing roles is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Hyderabad city geography.
