As we enter our next phase of growth and funding, we're looking for a
Head of Growth & Strategy
- someone who can bring structure, data intelligence, and strategic clarity to our creative momentum.
About the Role
This is a cross-functional, high-impact role at the intersection of
growth, analytics, and brand strategy.
You'll work directly with the founders to:
- Build a data-driven roadmap for growth and scalability.
- Analyze marketing performance, website metrics, and sales data to guide decision-making.
- Determine where and how to allocate budgets for maximum ROI.
- Forecast demand, optimize inventory, and identify data-led product opportunities.
- Act as a strategic advisor to help the brand make smarter, informed growth decisions.

Odd Not Even scale intelligently
and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive
growth strategy
across digital, product, and operations.
- Use Shopify, analytics, and performance marketing data to identify actionable insights.
- Track and improve key D2C metrics - CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion rates.
- Plan inventory and product rollouts based on performance and sales velocity.
- Advise founders on strategic fund utilization and scaling priorities.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and finance teams to ensure data-backed decisions across departments.
- Build internal systems for data collection, reporting, and decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in
growth, strategy, or analytics
within a
D2C or consumer brand
(apparel background preferred).
- Proven track record of scaling a brand through
data-backed insights and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards
(e.g., Looker Studio).
- Ability to connect creative storytelling with commercial outcomes.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with multiple moving parts.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
