Regional Service Delivery Manager

As a qualified candidate with a Btech/BE/Mtech degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for operational management, team leadership, and customer support in the region of Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate regional VSAT installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. - Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded and manage the inventory and logistics of VSAT equipment in the region. - Demonstrate strong leadership skills in managing a team of field engineers and technical support staff. - Lead, train, and mentor team members, coordinate schedules and workloads, and conduct performance appraisals. - Ensure all team members adhere to safety and quality standards. - Serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues and collaborate closely with the customer support team to promptly resolve technical issues. - Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
