Working Model: 70% at customer location

Working Hours: As per business requirement between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on weekdays

(Note: Weekend, early, or late shifts may be required based on customer needs, including during P1 or other critical situations.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure service delivery and projects for enterprise-level customers.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery, adherence to SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams for smooth project execution.
  • Oversee service operations and manage escalations, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to delivery excellence initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and build strong customer relationships.
  • Support planning, budgeting, and reporting for delivery projects.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring support to team members (people management experience preferred).

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Service Delivery and Project Management within the IT Infrastructure Services domain.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise IT infra delivery for large customers.
  • Strong understanding of Storage domain products especially Hitachi, HPE, Dell EMC, Pure
  • Hands-on experience in project governance, stakeholder management, and SLA compliance.
  • Exposure to people management and team leadership is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
