We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager SAP Projects to lead delivery of SAP engagements across AMS, Implementation, and Upgrade programs. The ideal candidate will have grown from roles as an SAP Functional Consultant and SAP Project Manager, and now brings proven expertise in end-to-end delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and large team leadership. Exposure to S/4 HANA and experience with European clients will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver SAP projects including AMS, Implementations, Upgrades, and S/4 HANA transformations.
  • Ensure project delivery meets quality, SLA, and KPI commitments.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to align delivery with business requirements.
  • Lead and mentor teams of 40–50+ members, fostering collaboration and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with European and global customers.
  • Drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with sales and account teams to support business growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP service delivery.
  • Past experience as SAP Functional Consultant and SAP Project Manager.
  • Strong background in AMS, Implementation, and Upgrade projects.
  • Exposure to S/4 HANA projects is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with leading IT companies in SAP delivery management.
  • Proven ability to manage large delivery teams (40–50+ people).
  • Prior experience with European clients will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Project Management or SAP certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, SAP) are desirable.
