Job Title: Sr. Executive Presales

About the Role : We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sr. Executive Presales to join our Sales & Marketing team at a leading Real Estate Development company. The role involves managing lead engagement, driving site visits, supporting the sales funnel, and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and streamline lead management processes to maximize conversion rates
  • Drive increased walk-ins from all lead sources (digital, referrals, outbound, etc.)
  • Research and profile potential clients, competitors, and market trends
  • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate and detailed information on real estate projects
  • Schedule and coordinate client site visits
  • Guide customers during site visits, addressing queries and presenting project details
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects toward closure
  • Update CRM systems, trackers, and dashboards for accurate reporting
  • Handle escalated client queries professionally and maintain strong relationships
  • Collaborate with sales teams to target high-potential clients and markets

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 - 5 years of presales experience in the real estate industry (developer background preferred)
  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
  • Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent client relationship management and follow-up abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Good time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
