Sr. Executive – Presales

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sr. Executive – Presales to join our Sales & Marketing team at a leading Real Estate Development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing lead engagement, driving site visits, supporting the sales funnel, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between marketing-generated leads and final conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline lead management processes to improve conversion rates
  • Generate increased walk-ins from all lead sources (digital, referral, outbound, etc.)
  • Research and profile potential clients, competitors, and industry trends
  • Engage prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Provide clear, accurate information about various real estate projects
  • Schedule and coordinate customer site visits
  • Guide clients during site visits, addressing queries and providing project insights
  • Maintain timely follow-ups to move leads toward closure
  • Update CRM, trackers, and dashboards for accurate reporting and lead tracking
  • Handle escalated queries and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales team to target high-potential customers and markets

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of presales experience in real estate (developer background preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Client-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Strong follow-up, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
