Senior Solutions Architect Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead the development of innovative IT solutions for our clients. This key role will be responsible for understanding client business challenges, translating them into compelling technical solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development methodologies, architecture patterns, and integration technologies. They should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in initial client meetings to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Design and architect innovative and scalable IT engineering solutions that address client needs.
  • Lead the technical aspects of proposal development, including defining solution scope, technical approach, effort estimation, and pricing considerations.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase proposed solutions to clients.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to understand client challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Client-Facing and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or a similar technical client-facing role within the IT services industry.
