Role Overview
The Manager – Business Development will be responsible for driving client Service and investment review, and revenue growth for the company's financial products and services. The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets,& wealth management solutions. The individual will play a key role in expanding the firm's footprint among HNIs, Corporates, Financial Advisors, and Distribution Partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Financial Planning
- Service the existing clients (HNIs, UHNWIs, Corporates, and Retail Investors).
- Promote the company's multi-asset financial products and wealth management solutions via references from existing client
- Preparing Financial Planning and reviewing the client existing investment as per goals
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to enhance wallet share.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular engagement, portfolio reviews, and service support.
- Provide timely investment insights and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Tax, and Investment Planning) to ensure smooth client onboarding and servicing.
- Mentor and support junior business development executives or relationship managers.
Key Deliverables (KRAs/KPIs)
- Monthly/Quarterly AUM growth & revenue achievement.
- Number of new client acquisitions & Existing Clients structured investment review
- Retention and satisfaction score of existing clients.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, wealth management, and investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Tax-saving instruments, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive business independently and make robust review mechanism for existing clients
- Relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, financial planning tools, and MS Office.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PG in Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development /Financial Planning in financial services, wealth management, or investment distribution.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and client acquisition targets.
- AMFI / IRDA / NISM certifications (where applicable) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16, ₹30,000.00 per month
