Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth through personalized service and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and offer tailored solutions or services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or enhance client engagement.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Prepare and deliver performance reports, reviews, and growth plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
