We are scaling fast and looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our automation engagements and ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our automation projects across enterprise clients. You will work closely with product teams, automation engineers, solution architects, and customer stakeholders to manage project lifecycles, ensure SLA adherence, and drive continuous improvement in delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Governance
- Own the successful delivery of automation initiatives across multiple clients using Agile/DevOps methodologies.
- Define delivery plans, manage timelines, and oversee resource allocation and risk mitigation.
- Establish delivery metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary delivery point of contact for client CXOs, IT Ops leaders, and automation sponsors.
- Conduct regular governance reviews and ensure stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Team Leadership
- Guide a team of automation engineers (Ansible, Python, PowerShell, etc.) and business analysts to meet delivery goals.
- Mentor team members, provide performance feedback, and foster a high-performance delivery culture.
- Solution Enablement
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solutioning teams to scope automation use cases, estimate effort, and contribute to proposals.
- Translate customer requirements into executable delivery roadmaps aligned with our platform capabilities.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure delivery is aligned with DigitalXC's automation standards, platform architecture, and governance models.
- Promote reusability and consistency in automation design and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in managing automation or DevOps-related programs.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, service desk operations, and automation domains (e.g., incident remediation, self-service workflows).
- Experience in managing distributed technical teams and delivering across hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
- Proven track record of working with enterprise clients and managing executive-level stakeholders.
- Hands-on exposure or working knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python, PowerShell) and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Added advantage
- Exposure to GenAI, RAG architecture, or AI-powered automation platforms.
- Experience with SaaS platform delivery in an enterprise or MSP setting.
- Certifications in PMP, ITIL, or Agile methodologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700, ₹2,100,000.00 per year
