One of the largest FMCG MNCs wishes to hire the Sales Strategy, Trade Marketing
& GTM Lead for North.
- The incumbent would manage the GTM, and Sales Development for North- including Rajasthan & UP
Specific KRAs include :
Responsible for end to end planning for new product launches
Sales Development
Urban & Rural GTM ensuring and expanding the direct reach of the markets
Driving new initiatives /projects towards creating a future-ready sales system
Building Sales Capability
Partnering with Technology team for a smooth functioning of Sales IT and GTM rollouts.
Preferred candidate profile
We invite applications only from premier B School graduates batch graduates) with sound sales and distribution experience as ASM/ZSM coupled with HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN PREPARING AND EXECUTING GTM STRATEGY .
His /her forte should be working with the trade, developing the channel both in urban and rural markets.
