/Role & responsibilities

1 Responsible to monitor the day-to-day operation of the shift carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive works to Building FM.

2 Checks that accurate and comprehensive records are kept pertaining to Health & Safety, Building Compliance and Quality Assurance.

3 Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract.

4 Administer sub-contractor work approvals and safe operation while repair or service is carried out on site. To operate a Permit to Work System in accordance with CBRE Quality, Health & Safety procedures and client requirements (or approved client system).

5 Escalate any incidents or concerns on-site as per agreed site escalation procedure.

8 Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract. Administer sub-contractor work approvals and safe operation while repair or service is carried out on site.

9 To operate a Permit to Work System in accordance with CBRE Quality, Health & Safety procedures, and client requirements (or approved client system).

10 Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to always maintain plant in serviceable order.

11 Escalate any incidents or concerns on-site as per agreed site escalation procedure.

12 To carry out routine quality checks on workforce activities, record keeping and general housekeeping.

13 Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.

14 Ensure that comprehensive maintenance records are completed in the form of job sheets.

15 Ensures on-site team adheres to QHSE requirements, Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared, reviewed and utilised for all tasks (PPMs and reactive) carried out for safe working practices.

16 Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on-site undertaking maintenance or emergency repairs. Ensure method statements and risk assessments are issued and adhered to.

17 Participate in any best drill/scenario type training and any technical assessment tests.

18 Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate, including the utilisation of the site engineers to ensure the task is suitably completed.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years Experience required from Facilities or Corporate background in handling the technical operations.

Education Criteria - Minimum Btech in Electrical/ 12+diploma in Electrical/ 10+3 years Diploma in Electrical.
