Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Executive located in Pune. The Facility Executive will handle day-to-day facility operations, ensure smooth building management, maintain high customer satisfaction, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating facility management activities, addressing maintenance issues, and implementing safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills
  • Building Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Effective Communication skills, Computer skills, inventory management, access system na knowledge of invoice process
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role
  • should have SEEPZ area work knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field will be an advantage
