Position Overview: Facility Engineer

We are looking for a Facility Engineer to oversee facility operations, maintenance, and customer support during the handover and post-possession phases. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in residential facilities management and will ensure smooth handover processes, timely resolution of customer queries, and efficient functioning of all MEP systems and building services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-handover inspections and ensure snag rectification before customer possession.
  • Assist customers during the handover process and explain unit features, utilities, and equipment operations.
  • Handle customer queries related to electrical, plumbing, civil, and finishing works and coordinate timely closure.
  • Monitor and maintain MEP systems such as HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing lines, fire systems, lifts, and DG sets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for maintenance activities and customer issue resolution.
  • Maintain daily reports, snag lists, service request logs, and facility documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality guidelines, and statutory compliance.
  • Support post-handover customer service and ensure a seamless experience for new residents.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facility management or residential project handovers.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, building maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to conduct inspections and interpret technical drawings.
  • Good command over MS Office and facility reporting tools.

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
