Job Description
• Responsible for developing new business and achievement of all revenue targets
• Generating new business leads & setting appointments with the customers having requirement in transportation and warehousing
• Making sales presentation to the prospective clients
• Strengthening the sales pipeline
• Ensuring achievement of top line for the business by generating new customer acquisition
• Monitoring delivery function and coordinating with delivery teams for all sorts of requirements
• Assisting clients in query resolution
• Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
• Identifying new markets and growth opportunities as decided by the company
• Standardization of Sales rate approvals and agreement processes
• Strategizing and providing inputs on developing new products based on the specific requirements of the business / customers
• Monitoring and reviewing closure of issues faced by new customers
