We're looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager

to manage and guide multiple agile teams building applications with the
MEAN stack

(MongoDB, , Angular, ). In this role, you will be a key player in bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution, working closely with the product team to define and deliver on requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple agile teams working on MEAN stack applications.
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather and understand requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
  • Plan, run, and track sprint cycles, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of blockers.
  • Mentor developers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and encourage best practices across teams.
  • Ensure high code quality, performance, and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
  • Drive continuous improvement, ensuring scalable architecture and maintainability.
  • Coordinate cross-team efforts and foster a collaborative environment.

Skills &
Requirements :

  • 4–8 years of professional experience in software development with
    MEAN stack (MongoDB,

    , Angular,

    ).
  • Having AWS knowledge is a good value add
  • Proven experience in leading or managing multiple teams or projects.
  • Experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task estimation.
  • Strong problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
