Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with 20+ years of experience in IT services and at least a decade leading enterprise-scale data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing large, distributed teams across Data Engineering, Data Science, BI/Analytics, Cloud, and DevOps, and delivering complex programs with strategic client engagement.

This is a leadership role requiring strong operational control, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of the data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across a portfolio of large-scale, multi-stream data projects with global clients.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders, aligning data programs with business objectives.
• Oversee project governance, execution frameworks, delivery health, and budget adherence.
• Manage and mentor delivery leads, architects, and senior technical staff across geographies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery: Data Engineering, BI, AI/ML, Cloud, and DevOps.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across delivery operations.
• Support pre-sales, RFPs, and account growth in collaboration with sales and solutioning teams.
• Mitigate delivery risks, resolve escalations, and ensure client satisfaction at all levels.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in IT services with at least 10+ years in delivery leadership roles.
• Any domain expertise in major industry verticals like Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Oil Gas, will be a huge plus.
• Proven expertise managing end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics programs.
• Strong understanding of:
• Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, Data Lakes/Warehouses, DataOps)
• Data Science & AI/ML (model development and operationalization)
• BI/Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Cloud & DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP, IaC, CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience with global delivery models, distributed agile teams, and enterprise transformation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or other delivery/process certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Executive presence with experience reporting to or working with senior client leadership (CIOs, CDOs, CTOs).
• Strong business acumen with an ability to connect data initiatives to measurable business value.
