Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Delivery Manager to lead the end to end delivery of Application Development and Maintenance services for key global clientsThis role involves comprehensive oversight of project execution client engagement team leadership and transformation initiatives across a diverse portfolio of programsThe ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing large scale engagements driving operational excellence fostering innovation and identifying avenues for business growthKey Responsibilities:Delivery Program ManagementOwn the delivery of a portfolio of projects ensuring alignment with client expectations timelines and quality standardsLead project planning execution tracking and reporting across the SDLC Software Development Life CycleIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful deliveryClient Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary delivery contact for clients managing relationships and acting as the first point of escalationBuild strong client connects to support execution and identify growth opportunitiesAnalyze client feedback and drive continuous improvement initiativesPeople Resource ManagementAlign resources to projects based on skill and business needs manage team performance and developmentSupport recruitment and talent acquisition to build high performing teamsFoster team motivation mentoring and succession planningQuality ComplianceDefine and implement quality goals and processes in collaboration with internal QA teamsEnsure compliance with organizational standards regulatory requirements and client specific mandatesTransformation InnovationDrive digital transformation initiatives including automation and next gen modernizationCollaborate with internal and client teams to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiencyFinancial Operational GovernanceTrack and manage budgets forecasts invoicing and profitability across the portfolioEnsure adherence to operational excellence indicators OEI including delivery metrics audits and reportingProposal Growth EnablementPartner with sales and solution teams to identify new opportunities and lead proposal developmentReview solutions estimates and contractual terms for new engagementsContribute to account planning and strategic growth initiativesTechnical Requirements:Qualifications Experience15 years of experience in IT delivery leadership rolesProven track record of independently managing large complex engagements and global delivery teamsStrong expertise in project management client engagement and proposal developmentExcellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Agile DevOps and modern application architecturesExposure to AI automation tools and digital transformation frameworksStrong understanding of financials contracts and service level agreements SLAsPreferred Skills:Foundational->Program Management->Program value delivery->Program specific case-studies,Foundational->Project Management->Project value delivery
