We are hiring for the position of Delivery Manager – Trading Domain

Location:Banaglore

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong exposure to capital markets and trading technology. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end delivery cycles, coordinate with cross-functional teams, handle client implementations, and ensure smooth release execution of trading products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead delivery of trading products, enhancements, and client implementations


• Manage coordination between development, QA, DevOps and support teams


• Oversee sprint planning, release management and timelines


• Understand trading workflows and provide effective solutions to clients


• Handle production deployments, escalations, risks, and delivery bottlenecks


• Maintain strong client communication and ensure high-quality delivery standards


• Track delivery metrics and report progress to leadership

Skills & Experience Required


•
5+
years of experience in delivery/project/implementation management


• Hands-on understanding of capital markets, stock broking, algo trading systems


• Knowledge of OMS, RMS, APIs, FIX, market data, trading infrastructure


• Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and production rollouts


• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities

Good to Have


• Knowledge of low-latency trading systems


• Exposure to cloud and CI/CD environments


• Project/Delivery management certifications
