About the Role:

We are looking for a senior Delivery Manager with a strong services background to lead large-scale, complex IT projects. This role owns delivery outcomes end-to-end; from planning and execution to financial performance and customer satisfaction. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across geographies, apply Agile delivery at scale, and act as a trusted partner to client stakeholders.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has grown from a technical foundation, understands execution deeply, and can operate comfortably at both the team and executive levels.

  • Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multiple projects or programs, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes
  • Lead large, cross-functional delivery teams (60–80+ members) including Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and QA
  • Drive Agile delivery at scale (Scrum / SAFe / hybrid), translating plans into execution while managing dependencies and risks
  • Act as the primary delivery interface for US customers, owning communication, expectation management, and escalations
  • Manage distributed teams across India and the US, ensuring effective collaboration across time zones
  • Establish strong delivery governance, including program reviews, sprint cadence, risk mitigation, and decision forums
  • Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, margin control, and revenue realization
  • Partner with leadership and sales teams on pre-sales and proposals, contributing delivery estimates, staffing plans, and execution strategy
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, team effectiveness, and customer satisfaction metrics

Required Experience & Skills

  • Services background is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and effective with senior stakeholders 
  • Strong technical foundation earlier in the career (engineering background required)
  • Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
  • Extensive experience working with US-based customers
  • Hands-on experience managing distributed delivery models (India + US)
  • Strong understanding of delivery financials, including margins, forecasting, and cost control
  • Experience supporting proposals and pre-sales efforts

About You

  • You are a delivery leader who thrives on ownership, structure, and execution discipline
  • You are comfortable switching between strategic conversations and on-the-ground problem solving
  • You bring calm, clarity, and decisiveness in complex, high-pressure environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex IT deliveries with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to drive outcomes with urgency
