Job Description:

PLC SCADA Engineer (Back Office – Automation)

Location: Chandigarh NCR

Key Skills: PLC Programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text), SCADA Systems (WinCC, Wonderware), Automation Protocols (Modbus, Profibus, OPC), SQL Experience: 2+ years in automation environments, preferably in back-office roles


  • Data Entry and Management:
    Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, and other relevant data. 


  • Order Processing:
    Handling customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and coordinating with logistics and other departments. 


  • Reporting:
    Generating sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends. 


  • Coordination:
    Working with the sales team, other departments (like marketing or customer service), and external vendors. 


  • Customer Support:
    Answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance to clients. 


  • Sales Support:
    Assisting the sales team with scheduling, preparing presentations, and other sales-related tasks. 



Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. 
     
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. 
     
  • Proficiency in Computer Software: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 
     
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with others. 
     
  • Data Entry and Reporting Skills: The ability to accurately and efficiently enter data and generate reports. 
     
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
