We are a creative agency/design studio that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and precision. To keep our studio operations seamless, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator who will be the backbone of our daily workflow and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as the main point of contact for internal coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist project and production teams with scheduling, documentation, and resource coordination.
  • Coordinate internal meetings
  • Monitor office maintenance and liaise with external service providers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
