What Youll Do
Crack Entry Points: Engage RWAs, builders, developers, and facility managers to open new opportunities.
Pitch with Authority: Present and position EV charging as a value-add and differentiator for properties.
Close Complex Deals: Manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations through to closure.
Grow Accounts: Build strong, lasting relationships that open doors for future expansion.
Stay Sharp: Track policy updates, real estate adoption trends, and competitor movements to stay ahead.
What Were Looking For
25 years in sales/business development in real estate, CRE partnerships, or facility solutions.
Strong network with RWAs, builders, property managers, and corporate real estate stakeholders.
Proven success in navigating complex deals and multiple decision-makers.
A natural relationship builder and influencer who thrives in stakeholder-heavy environments.
Business/Engineering degree preferred, but drive and results matter most.
