Founded by IIT-Delhi alumni with deep industry experience, we raised seed funding in April 2023 and are now scaling our 35-member team to 50+ as we continue our growth journey.Key responsibilities Own and execute the end-to-end partnerships lifecycle – from outreach and onboarding to relationship management.Actively identify, engage, and convert potential partners through cold outreach, , email, and calls.Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase QuickReply.ai’s value across different partner types.Maintain a structured and updated partner pipeline in CRM; track performance metrics and deal status.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create co-marketing initiatives and partner enablement programs.Build and nurture long-term, revenue-driving relationships with key partners and agencies.Skills and requirements2+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales (preferably in MarTech, SaaS, or E-commerce).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Comfort with cold outreach and presenting tech products to varied audiences.What we offerCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentives.A chance to work on an innovative product in a rapidly growing industry.Fast career growth with learning opportunities across functions.A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work culture.
