About welUp : welUp by SaveIN is an innovative platform enabling healthcare providers, wellness centers, and diagnostic chains to offer instant, zero-cost EMI solutions to their customers.- The product empowers patients to access care without financial stress and helps partners grow their customer base through seamless integration and financing options.About the Role: - As Managerartnerships (welUp), you will lead partner acquisition, activation, and relationship management for SaveIN's flagship product.- You will identify, engage, and convert high-potential healthcare and wellness businesses into long-term strategic partners.- The role demands strong relationship-building, business development, and execution skills to accelerate welUp's expansion across India. Employment Type: Full-time / Work from Office. Location: Gurugram. Experience Required: 3-5 years. Reporting To: CEO and CGO. Key Responsibilities:- Identify, evaluate, and onboard healthcare and wellness partners for the welUp program.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, diagnostic centers, wellness chains, and aggregators.- Develop and execute partnership acquisition strategies to meet business growth targets.- Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to drive lead generation and expand welUp's partner network.- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and enablement.- Negotiate partnership terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and sustainable collaborations.- Track partner performance metrics and identify opportunities for deeper engagement and productivity.- Continuously scan the healthcare ecosystem to identify new partnership opportunities and potential revenue streams. Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate; MBA preferred.- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development in healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or startup ecosystems.- Proven success in acquiring and managing institutional or channel partnerships.- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.- Strong execution mindset with the ability to independently drive deals end-to-end.- Analytical and data-driven approach to assessing partnership performance.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
