Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end transformation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes across finance & accounts functions.
  • Oversee project governance framework development and implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 15-24 years of experience in Finance & Accounting domain with expertise in areas such as F&A Processes, Record To Report (RTR), Procure To Pay (PTP), Order To Cash (OTC), Transition Management, Stakeholder Management, Team Management.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Candidate applying must have 10 + years experience in all the 3 domains - RTR , PTP and OTC .
