Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an AVP / Group Manager / Senior Manager – IT (Applications & Digital Transformation). We are looking for a
senior IT leader
to drive our
digital transformation journey
across applications, CRM, automation, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong real estate domain experience and a proven track record in
Salesforce, Dialer Systems, RPA, AI solutions, and SAP integrations
.

This is a
leadership role
with end-to-end ownership of application strategy, implementation, and business enablement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce & Dialer Ecosystem
  • Lead the Salesforce platform strategy, enhancements, and adoption across Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Operations.
  • Manage CTI/Dialer solutions integrated with Salesforce for effective lead handling, recordings, and analytics.
  • Applications & Automation
  • Oversee enterprise applications across business functions (CRM, Finance, Operations, Customer Delight).
  • Identify and execute workflow automation opportunities using RPA tools.
  • Explore and implement AI solutions for chatbots, call analysis, and predictive analytics.
  • SAP & Integrations
  • Drive integration between SAP and Salesforce / other systems to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage APIs and application interfaces.
  • Leadership & Governance
  • Lead a team of functional and technical specialists.
  • Manage external vendors, ensure SLA adherence, and standardize processes.
  • Align IT initiatives with business strategy and report KPIs to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years of overall experience with
    at least 5 years in real estate / proptech / construction
    domain.
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Salesforce CRM
    , Dialer solutions, RPA tools, SAP integrations, and enterprise applications.
  • Proven leadership in digital transformation or automation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and team leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a business-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MBA
  • Salesforce Certifications / RPA Certifications are a plus
  • Experience with AI tools or process intelligence platforms is desirable.
