Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Medical Device Bilingual Customer Support Representative. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries in both languages, troubleshooting technical issues related to medical devices, and offering exceptional customer support. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions, providing clear and courteous communication, and collaborating with team members to enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications

  • Excellent proficiency in two languages (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Technical support abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capability to learn medical devices' functionalities and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in customer relations, active listening, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or technical support roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage customer support interactions professionally.
  • Basic understanding of medical devices or healthcare industry a plus but not mandatory.
