Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our clients with their queries and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will handle support requests through calls, emails, and chat while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Identify and resolve basic issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and typing.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic support team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
