Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Representative located in Ahmedabad/Gift City. The Customer Success Representative will manage customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer service interactions, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Customer Experience management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred
