Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve optimal value from our web-to-print solutions. While familiarity with e-commerce integrations is beneficial, the primary focus is on supporting print and packaging clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Training and Onboarding:
Guide clients through a smooth onboarding process and provide effective training to ensure successful solution adoption. - Customer Support:
Resolve client tickets, particularly those related to print and packaging challenges. - Escalation Management:
Effectively handle escalations and difficult conversations, ensuring client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. - Revenue Generation:
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within the print and packaging sector. - Feedback & Testimonials:
Collect and share client feedback, showcasing successful outcomes. - Referral Encouragement:
Foster client referrals, leveraging positive experiences.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the software or printing industry.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and integrations is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle escalations and difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
