Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Manager for a Garden tools and Agricultural equipment manufacturer and exporter located in Ludhiana. The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for managing customer support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and developing strategies for improving customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include leading a support team, resolving customer issues, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

  • Proficiency in providing Technical Support
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Field Experience in the Agricultural equipment Industry for around 10 years
  • Should have a flair for Training dealer teams
  • Bachelor's degree Agricultural Engineering, or Mechanical engineering.
