Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Pune. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing online support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical support. Daily tasks include managing customer service interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer engagement and support.

- Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage
