Position: International Customer Care Executive
Process: Voice / Chat / Blended (US/UK Process)
Work Location: Pune (Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Yerwada, Magarpatta, Hinjewadi)
Salary: Up to 3 LPA to 6 LPA
[ 30% hike on last salary (Experience) ]

Role & responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats for international customers
- Provide real-time resolutions with professionalism and empathy
- Address product/service-related queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
- Achieve targets like AHT, CSAT, and FCR
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate/Under Graduate Fresher and candidates with minimum 1 year of International BPO experience are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional international languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends
