Position: International Customer Care Executive

Process: Voice / Chat / Blended (US/UK Process)

Work Location: Pune (Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Yerwada, Magarpatta, Hinjewadi)

Salary: Up to 3 LPA to 6 LPA

[ 30% hike on last salary (Experience) ]

Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats for international customers
  • Provide real-time resolutions with professionalism and empathy
  • Address product/service-related queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
  • Achieve targets like AHT, CSAT, and FCR

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduate/Under Graduate Fresher and candidates with minimum 1 year of International BPO experience are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional international languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends
