Business Development - Responsible for managing Tractor business in allocated
area and productivity via aligning business, collection and operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSA and customers to generate business opportunities.
•Conduct market research to understand customer needs, completion, and industry trends.
•Provide insightful and recommendations to senior management to improve product offerings. - Customer Relationship Management - Ensure excellent customer service by
addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, DSA and customers to gather feedback and improve services.
• Keep in line with organization's growth, strategy in order to enhance organizations profitability - Team Management Lead, Train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individuals and team targets.
