Position Title: Area Business Manager

Department: Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance

  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets (Sales In and Sales Out) for the assigned region.
  • Manage and monitor sales performance across multiple stores.
  • Onboard new partners and build strong relationships to achieve higher sales growth and market

penetration.

  • Prepare and execute the assigned sales plan, including store-wise targets, stock forecasting,

Purchase order planning, brand placement, and inventory management for the assigned stores.

Partner Relationship Management & Partner Retention

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, addressing their needs and

ensuring satisfaction.

  • Serve as a bridge between management and partners, ensuring open communication and

addressing concerns, grievances, or issues effectively.

  • Actively engage with partners to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for

growth.

  • Ensure partner retention by providing consistent support and aligning with their business goals.

Education Qualification:

Bachelors / Masters / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management

Work Experience & Skills:

4+ years of relevant experience in high-performance sales environments, particularly within Mobile

Handset Industry. Demonstrated ability to drive sales, cultivate strategic partnerships, manage end-to

end operational sales processes, expertise in leading & managing multi-store sales operations.
