SLA – Internal Contract (IC) Coordinator

We're looking for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) – Internal Contract (IC) Coordinator to join our dynamic team

What You'll Do:

As the SLA – IC Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing internal service agreements and ensuring all contract-related processes are aligned with project deliveries and legal requirements.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating the drafting, review, and signing of internal service agreements
  • Working with IT teams, project managers, legal, and compliance
  • Ensuring contract timelines match project delivery dates
  • Preparing and leading committee meetings and service review sessions
  • Producing KPIs and performance reports
  • Managing controls and compliance checks related to internal contracts
  • Collaborating in an international and cross-functional environment

Who You Are:

  • You bring 10+ years of experience working with Service Level Agreements or Internal Contracts
  • You're fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • You have a good understanding of legal documents, GDPR, and IT security
  • You're organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint — Power BI is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Background or experience working with legal teams or contract governance
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Experience working in global or multicultural teams
