About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Course Coordinator Intern to manage and coordinate courses focused on current government exams. This role offers hands-on experience in exam-oriented program management, student engagement, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing courses specifically for current government exams.
  • Coordinate schedules between instructors, students, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update course materials, records, and documentation related to government exams.
  • Track student attendance, progress, and performance in exam preparation courses.
  • Support communication with students and resolve queries related to exam content and schedules.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations on course outcomes and student performance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of current government exams, including syllabi, patterns, and timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and tracking student performance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
